How long until my order ships?
Most of my products are handmade and or made to order so it usually takes 4-6 business days, not including weekends and holidays to fill an order. For a more accurate timeline refer to the estimated delivery time at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, sorry Bunnie Squad, USPS is wild with those fees. Currently we only ship within the U.S., but international expansion is stored in the "hopefully one day" folder. So stay tuned for that.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking information. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder (sometimes it likes to hide there). If not reach out through my contact form with your order number and I’ll resend your tracking info.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Due to the nature of my products all sales are final (we pinky promise you’ll love it). If the mail gremlins got involved and you receive the wrong item, it never arrived, or your order arrived looking like it fought a mail truck and lost, we got you. Email us at scherie@bunniedesigns.com or through our contact form with your order number to resolve any issues.
Are my designs original?
Most of my designs are original, however a few of them are not. Those that are not, I commercially purchased them and credit the artist in the description of the product.
Am I a dropshipping business?
No I am not. I press, make, package, and ship every order myself.
