How long until my order ships?
Most of my products are handmade and or made to order so it generally takes 4-6 business days, not including weekends and holidays to fill an order.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, sorry Bunnie Squad. USPS is wild with those fees. Currently we only ship within the U.S., but international expansion is in the "hopefully one day" folder. Stay tuned for that.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking information. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder (sometimes it likes to hide there). If not reach out through my contact form with your order number and I’ll resend your tracking info.
All sales are final (we pinky promise you’ll love it). If the mail gremlins got involved and you receive the wrong item or your order arrived looking like it fought a mail truck and lost, we got you. Email us at scherie@bunniedesigns.com or through our contact form with your order number to resolve any issues.
