Refund policy

All sales are final. However if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email scherie@bunniedesigns.com within 4 days of delivery date to fix any issues & concerns. If you would like to cancel your order PRIOR to shipment, please email us to do so and we will issue a full refund. If the order has shipped already there is nothing that can be done due to all sales being final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or your order arrived looking like it fought a mail truck and lost, we got you.
