Processing Time
Due to the handmade and made to order nature of my items, the time needed to fill an order varies from 2-3 business days. For details, see the processing time displayed at checkout, or on your order confirmation email.

- All shipping is sent through the USPS
- North America: estimated 8-10 days
Shipping FAQ
- Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
- If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, processing begins usually within 48-72hrs and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. Please contact USPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.
- If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at scherie@bunniedesigns.com, and we can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping and or product cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or your order arrived looking like it fought a mail truck and lost, we got you.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
- At this time, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
- If you wish to cancel an order PRIOR to shipment please reach out to scherie@bunniedesigns.com for order cancellation and a full refund.
- All sales are final (we pinky promise you’ll love it). If the mail gremlins got involved, send us an email to scherie@bunniedesigns.com within 4 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
